Cycling

The Costa Blanca with its very mild climate is a cyclist's paradise. Unfortunately, not all roads are equally safe. If you want to explore new tours on a regular basis, then it is best to join a club, if you only want to go out occasionally, we have some tips here.

Embalse de la Pedrera : here you can make a ride of around 20 km around the reservoir. Keep in mind a few spicy climbs and the presence of much motorcyclists on the road.

Rebate : if you want to extend this ride with some extra climbing, you go from Torremendo to the restaurant of Rebate

Along the canal : if you prefer a flat road, you can cycle tens of kilometers alongside the supply channels for farmers. You have little to no traffic and, with the exception, this is completely flat. For example, you can take the intersection of the CV-945 with the CV-95 and then head south.

With the mountain bike : if you prefer off-road you can make a trip around the salt lake of La Mata. You leave near the Lemon Tree Market to see the southern side of the salt lake and your end point is at the lookout tower just next to the CV-905 (at the junction with the CV-945 to Los Montesinos)
